Payment

Payment is taken securely through paypal, you do not need to create a paypal account if you do not have one, credit and debit cards are accepted.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all UK addresses. Off the peg items are dispatched within 2-5 working days of ordering, custom items will be made from scratch and will take approximately 28 days. Please ask if you are not sure.

UK orders under £25 are sent by Royal Mail first class, orders over £25 are sent by standard Royal Mail first class Signed For. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged once in the hands of the postal service but will try and help out where possible. Insurance is available at extra cost, please convo me for details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Every effort will be made to ensure that items arrive in perfect condition and any faulty items will be replaced or a full refund offered, once the faulty items have been returned within 14 days of receipt.

Everything is handmade and therefore slight imperfections and differences may occur with each item. However if a customer is not satisfied with their order a replacement or full refund will be offered, once the items have been returned in the condition they were sent and within 14 days of receipt.

No refunds are available on custom items unless they are faulty.

Please note that regardless of whether you are purchasing and original piece of art or a card or print, copyright remains with the artist at all times and your item cannot be reproduced or resold or licensed under any circumstances without my express permission in writing. Fees may be applicable.
